Ingredients:
* 1 cup superfine sugar
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 cup butter-flavored Crisco
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 1 large egg
* 1 tbsp real vanilla

* 2 cups flour
* 1 tsp cream of tartar
* 2 tsp baking soda
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 2 cups chocolate chips

Method
Cream together first 6 ingredients. Add the rest and mix. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray and bake in a 325 degree oven for 13 minutes. Carefully put on cooling rack.
