Everything tastes better when made from scratch-especially these crispy granola bars. And they're quick and easy too.
Ingredients:
* 6 cups dry oats (quick-cooking or regular)
* 2 cups flour
* 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 3 sticks margarine, melted
* 3/4 cup honey
Method
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add melted margarine and honey. Mix well and pat into a lightly sprayed 11" x 17" oblong baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 min.
Notes: Cut while warm.
