Chinese Food Recipe - Borneo Prawn Umai

Serves 10

Ingredients:

* 500g medium-sized prawns, shelled
* 100g shallots, peeled and sliced
* 150g onion, peeled and sliced thinly
* 60g young ginger, shredded finely
* 50g red chilies, sliced finely
* 400ml calamansi (kasturi) lime juice
* Salt, pepper and sugar to taste

Garnish:

* 50g coriander leaves

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients except the garnish and set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
