Ingredients:
* 300g lean meat
* 10 pieces chicken feet
* 30g snow fungus, soaked
* 1 carrot, cut into chunks
* 1 corn, cut into chunks
* 2 liter water
* Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Blanch lean meat and chicken feet in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish up and clean. Drain well.
2. Put all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for another 1 ½ hours. Add salt to taste.
