Creamed Dried Beef ingredients list:
1/4 lb of dried beef.
2 tablespoon of butter.
1 1/2 tablespoons of flour.
1 cup of milk.
Hot buttered toast.
Instructions for Creamed Dried Beef:
Pick meat into small pieces, brown in butter.
Sprinkle on flour and stir. Slowly add the milk.
Cook until slightly thickened. When it boils, pour it over a platter of toast and serve immediately.
