Mince Pies recipe

Mince Pies ingredients list:

Pastry for 2 pies.
2 cups of chopped apples.
½ cup of raisins.
16 x chopped pecan halves.
3 tablespoons of rum flavoring.
Fruit mincemeat.
Instructions for Mince Pies:

Prepare pastry crusts and line the bottom of an 8 inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, mix the fruit mincemeat, raisins, apples, and pecans.

Stir in flavoring slowly until well mixed.

Spoon into the crust.

Roll out top pastry crust and place over the filling.

Flute the crust edge.

Bake 30 minutes or until until golden brown at 350 F.
